Új áramlási citométerek növekvő számú

Leírás
Ez a termék egyetlen szivárvány részecskéket tartalmaz, amelyeket egyetlen fluoreszcencia intenzitásra festenek. Minden szivárványos részecske fluoroforok keverékét tartalmazza, amelyek stabilan beágyazódnak a részecskébe, és 365-650 nm közötti bármely hullámhosszon gerjeszthetők, lehetővé téve az áramlási citométer csatornáinak többségét ugyanazzal a részecskékkel. A szivárványos részecskék emissziós spektruma kompatibilis sok olyan fluoroforral, amelyet áramlási citometriás analízissel immunfluoreszcens festésre használnak. Ajánlott vizsgálati eljárások
Ez a részecskekeverék (~ 10×10 ^ 6 részecske / ml) hasznos az áramlási citométerek rutinszerű kalibrálásához. Használat előtt örvényléssel szuszpendálja újra a részecskéket. 3-5 csepp részecske hígítása 1 ml hüvelyfolyadékhoz megfelelő számú részecskét biztosít az áramlási citometriás elemzéshez.
